Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned additional public prosecutor for the State. The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under sections 279, 338, 304A of the Indian Penal Code. He was bailed during the course of the trial as well as during the pendency of the appeal. The revision application has been admitted today. Therefore, I pass the following order. The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/ with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash bail deposit of Rs.30,000/ in lieu of surety. Borey 1/2
