Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court. In the facts of the case, the judgment of the
ProdCAF3865 & ORs._2014.doc Reference Court is stayed only on the condition that the appellant deposits the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court within a period of 12 weeks. After the amount is so deposited, the respondents are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court. The balance amount may be placed in a Fixed Deposit account in the nationalized bank for a period of three years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the Appeals. The Civil Applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
