The above Writ Petition is filed inter-alia seeking a direction to Respondent No.3-Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and Respondent No.2- Director of Technical Education to forthwith issue a NOC for being uploaded on the website of the Pharmacy Council of India (Respondent No.4), so as to allow the Petitioner's College to hold Courses for Diploma in Pharmacy and Bachelor of Pharmacy. Today, when the matter is called out, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has brought to our attention that the requisite NOCs from Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.1-State of Maharashtra, have been issued. She therefore, submitted that nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and sought leave to withdraw the same. 3.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
