Heard learned counsel appearing for applicant. There is an innocuous prayer made in the application in as much as, direction is sought to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class 7th Court, Solapur to expedite the hearing of pending proceedings bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 672 of 2017. The concerned Court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible, however, within six months from today.
