The petitioners / original defendants are challenging judgment and order passed by the Courts below granting injunction against them restraining them form disturbing plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. The injunction is running against the petitioners since 3 March 2016. Hence, no interference in the impugned order is called for.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
