The applicant herein has inter alia sought to restrain the Respondent nos.4 to 13 from transferring, alienating or disposing of the property.

It is seen that the original respondent no.4 had transferred the property during the pendency of the appeal to Respondent Nos.5 to 13. Considering the said fact, the respondent nos.5 to 13 are restrained from alienating or creating third party interest in respect of the suit property pending the hearing of this appeal.

Civil application stands disposed of.
