This is second bail application. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that after rejection of frst bail application of the applicant, this court has granted bail to the identical circumstanced co-accused. I have perused the earlier order. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. However, considering the facts and circumstances, the trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Liberty is granted to fle fresh bail application, in case the trial is not concluded within the period mentioned above.

With aforesaid directions, the Bail Application is disposed of.
