Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 15.06.2016 passed by the Principal District Judge, Oros in Regular Civil Appeal No.63/2016 rejecting the Petitioner's Application for interim relief.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the appeal is pending since long. He submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He submits that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the appeal. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. All contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.
