This Second Appeal is circulated for extension of ad-interim relief which was operating during the pendency of the appeal. The Second Appeal is dismissed by a judgment and order dated 15/3/2021, thereby confirming the decree of partition and separate possession. It appears that by an order dated 17/9/2019, in Civil Application No.1410/2018, it was directed that no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent / decree holder in the execution proceedings.
