By the present application, the legal heirs and representatives of deceased respondent No.1A are sought to be M.M.Salgaonkar
2/2 8 CAS 1652-17.doc brought on record, in the wake of his demise on 08/02/2017. The application, being preferred on 14/07/2017, also seeks condonation of delay of 70 days.
On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. The learned counsel Mr.Talkute waives service on behalf of the newly added respondents.

By the present application, the legal heirs and representatives of deceased respondent No.1C are sought to be brought on record, in the wake of her demise on 15/03/2016. The application, being preferred on 14/07/2017, also seeks condonation of delay of 1 year and 35 days.
On hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, making it returnable on 21/04/2022.
