The Petitioner has alleged that the Respondents have not complied with the order dated 3 May 2011 passed by a division bench of this Court. The contempt petition is filed in the year 2014. The same is pending.

None appears for the Petitioners. Earlier also none had appeared. The learned AGP has no instructions. It could be that the decision is already taken and therefore none is present for the Petitioners. If the decision is not taken, the same be taken within a period of six weeks. Breach of this order would be considered as aggravated form of contempt.
