The Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.61 of 2023 registered at Sadar Bazaar police station, Solapur City for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 307, 506 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and sections 25 and 4 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959, and section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. 2.

By order dated 17 July 2023, the Applicant was granted interim bail.

Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has 1 / 2

In the light of the said statement and in view of the detailed reasons recorded in order dated 17 July 2023, interim bail stands confirmed.

The Applicant to report to the Investigating Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Application stands disposed of.
