After this matter was argued for sometime, learned SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Petition can be disposed of by permitting the Petitioner to make a SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2025.06.27 13:00:45 +0530 representation to the Divisional Commissioner, Solapur and directing the Divisional Commissioner, Solapur to decide such representation in accordance with law expeditiously. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader agrees that the Petition would be disposed of in the above terms. 3.

Accordingly, we permit the Petitioner to make a representation before the Divisional Commissioner, Solapur 26th June 2025

13-ASWP-12192-2018.DOC within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order. The Divisional Commissioner, Solapur is directed to dispose of this representation in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of two months of its receipt. The Divisional Commissioner, Solapur must also hear the Petitioner and pass a reasoned order which should be communicated to the Petitioner within this period of two months.

All contentions of all parties are left open, since we have not examined the rival contentions on merits. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms without any costs order.
