The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.1 as Assistant Teacher is returned back only on the ground that the same should be submitted in the Camp.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that other matters of the same institution had been before this Court and this Court under order dated 5th May 2022 in Writ Petition No. 1763 of 2022 and other connected writ petitions set aside the similar communication and directed the Management to submit a fresh proposal.

We have heard the learned AGP for the respondents/State.

In light of that, we pass the following order :

ORDER

i) The impugned order is quashed and set aside.

ii) The Management shall resubmit a fresh proposal for seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.1 as Assistant Teacher preferably within four weeks.

iii) Upon receipt of the proposal, the Education Offcer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within three months thereafter.

iv) The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
