This Civil Application is moved by the original-Respondent for seeking directions to the Petitioner to amend the cause title of the petition by impleading legal heirs of deceased Respondent and also for expediting the hearing of the Writ Petition.

No one appears for the Applicants. The original-Petitioner is, however, represented by counsel. He has no objection to the orders being passed.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed by directing the original-Petitioner to add the Applicants as party respondents to the Writ Petition and amend the cause title of the petition in terms of the schedule annexed at Exhibit 'C' to the Civil Application. 4.

The hearing of the Writ Petition is expedited. The Writ Petition to come up for hearing on 14 November 2019. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
