Mr. Raja Thakare, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent / State, informs that the prosecution plans to call 25 to 30 witnesses to testify, with the goal of concluding the trial within ten months.

In view of that, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew his request after ten months, if the trial is not concluded. Leave granted as prayed for.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter. 5.

To ensure a swift resolution, the applicant / accused is expected to cooperate fully with the trial Court.
