DATED : 24 NOVEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The learned APP on instructions submits that the trial court has framed the charge and summons to witnesses are already issued. The learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions thus seeks leave to withdraw the application and submits that the trial be expedited. As the charge is already framed and the applicant is in jail approximately for nine months, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. In case trial is not concluded within a period of year as directed, the applicant is at liberty to file bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
