In crime No.269/2018 for offfence punishable under section 307, 143, 147, 148 149, 323, 324, 337, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code section 135 of the Bombay Police Act,

2 39) aba1380-18+1.doc 1951 and section 7 of the Criminal Amendment Act, 1932 registered with Jail road police station, District Solapur, the applicants are seeking pre­arrest bail.

Apart from absence of specific role to the applicant, there are only general allegations as case is made out for grant of pre­arrest bail to the applicants.

In the aforesaid background, the interim orders passed on July 10, 2018 and July 13, 2018 for the reasons recorded therein are hereby confirmed.

The applicant shall attend the investigating officer on 15th, 18th, 22nd and 29th January, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter, as and when directed. 6.

The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
