Considering that the proceedings arise out of an interlocutory order of stay and revision is pending the appropriate course will be to direct the revision application to be decided expeditiously by the Hon'ble Minister of Revenue.

As there is stay granted by the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue, the Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide the Revision expeditiously and in any event within a period of 12 weeks from today. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. In view of disposal of petition, Interim/Civil Applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and stand disposed of.
