By this Application, the Applicant is seeking to delete the name of the Original Petitioner No.3 Subhash Sadashiv Yeole and Petitioner No.5 Prashant Kisanrao Shete from the array of the Petitioners as these Petitioners are also arrayed as Respondent Nos.9 and 10. Further, a prayer is made for transposition of Original Petitioner Nos.4 and 6 to 9 as Respondent Nos.7 to 21. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Mr.Deore, the learned counsel appearing for the Original Petitioners has no objection subject to the rival contentions of the parties being left open.

In such circumstances, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment/transposition shall be carried out within two weeks from today.
