Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the compensation towards the trees and structure is disbursed. However, compensation towards the land is not disbursed, as there is dispute amongst the co-sharers. Within one month decision will be taken by the Competent Authority. Learned AGP, further on instructions, submits that disbursement of the amount would not be made till decision is taken by the Competent Authority.
