Heard both sides. This is an application by Appellants seeking permission to delete the name of Appellant No.1B-2 as he has expired and his legal heirs are already on record. In view of the averments in application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

The Applicants are permitted to delete the name Appellant No. 1B-2 from the cause titles of pending Appeal and all the pending Interim Applications. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Interim Application is disposed off.
