The only question which survives for consideration is whether the condition requiring the petitioner to report at Tilak Nagar Police Station to mark his attendance is sustainable. The contention of the petitioner is offence occurred at Tilak Nagar. Vide clause 9 he has been restrained from entering the jurisdiction of the said police station. He therefore, state that he can mark his attendance in Bhandup police station. Learned APP submits that before imposing these conditions, he was questioned and then conditions have been imposed. He agreed to those conditions. He has been accordingly released on nilegaonkar 1/2

During hearing, we find that the petitioner is already reporting at Tilak Nagar police station. As such in the present facts, we are not inclined to intervene in the writ jurisdiction. 3.
