Civil Application No.1141 of 2014 is filed for stay to the operation and implementation of the judgment and award dated 6.3.2013 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No.595 of 2010. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 24.3.2014, the entire amount of the award with interest accrued thereon is deposited by the appellant. In view of this statement, the stay application is allowed pending admission in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.
