Mr. Suryavanshi, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that the sole respondent expired on 15th January, 2014. He tenders death certificate. The zerox copy of the death certificate is retained in the proceedings. With the death of the sole respondent, the Civil Application stands abated and does not survive. Hence, the Civil Application is disposed off as having become abated.
