First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 4th March, 1998 passed in L.A.R. No. 54 of 1993.

Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to Rs. 77,840/- from the compensation of Rs. 37,530/- awarded by SLAO. 3.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
