Heard Mr.A.S.Khandeparkar, the learned counsel for the applicants. He submits that considering the nature of revisional jurisdiction, he would not seek any relief in the revision proceedings, except that, the substantive sentences imposed upon avk 1/2
909-REVN-358-2015.doc the applicants be directed to run concurrently. He submits that the applicants have already undergone a sentence of imprisonment of about fifteen days, by today.
In the circumstances, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20th August 2015.
Notice to indicate that the revision application shall be heard finally, at the admission stage itself. Pending the hearing and final disposal of the revision application, the substantive sentences imposed upon the applicants shall remain suspended and the applicants shall be released on bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/ each, with one surety in like amount, on the condition that they shall remain present before this court on 20th August 2015.
In view of this, Criminal Application No.307 of 2015 stands disposed of.
