Mr.Borulkar, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this civil application with liberty to file a fresh civil application.

Civil application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If any fresh civil application is filed, a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously. Affidavit-in-reply to such civil application shall be filed within one week from the date of service of such civil application and a copy thereof shall be served upon the applicants' advocate simultaneously. After the pleadings are complete, parties would be at liberty to apply for circulation of the said civil application.
