Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 18.06.2018 passed by this court by which Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant by Trusha Tushar Mohite Date:

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed: a) Time is extended by two weeks from today to remove office objections as per order dated 18.06.2018.
b) Writ Petition No.4369 of 2016 is restored on file. c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. d) No order as to costs.
