It is submitted that in the said judgment in para 5 the words "Petitioner No.1 is appointed to teach Science" may be substituted by the words " Petitioner No.1 belongs to Scheduled Caste and was appointed as Shikshan Sevak". 1/2

WP8526-17.doc 3] Accepting the said submission, the said Judgment is accordingly modified and in para 5 of the said judgment, the words "Petitioner No.1 is appointed to teach Science" are substituted by the words "Petitioner No.1 belongs to Scheduled Caste and was appointed as Shikshan Sevak". Para No.5 of the said judgment shall now read as under:­ "5] Undisputedly, Petitioner No.1 belongs to Scheduled Caste and was appointed as Shikshan Sevak with effect from 25/11/2013 and as such, he is squarely covered by the judgment of Division Bench of this Court, cited supra."
