This Application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Ramchandra Anna Shelar Appellant No.10 who died on 24th September, 2013. There is delay of 8 years 5 Months 14 days caused in filing this Application.

Considering the Applicants are the heirs of the original claimants. His property was acquired and the Application is filed for enhancement of compensation. This Court finds that Application needs to be allowed the Application to condone the delay. Hence the following order:

c) The Applicants to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the Appeal and the Application within a period of 2 weeks from today.

d) Application stands disposed of.
