The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that in view of the instruction pursis dated 1­1­2015 given by the Respondent No.1 to him, he would be withdrawing the Regular Civil Suit No.604 of 2014 pending in the file of the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur. In view of the said statement, the above Civil Revision Appliation challenging an interlocutory order passed on the point of jurisdiction in the said Suit would not survive. The Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. The instruction pursis dated 1­1­2015 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.
