No reasons have been assigned in the said order dealing with the reply filed by the Petitioner to the show-cause notice as also the report of the Deputy Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Satara.

In view of the aforesaid, we set aside the impugned order and remit the matter back to the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Satara for passing fresh order.
