The Petitioner claims that the representation dated 6th July, 2017 has been forwarded by the Principal Secretary to the Three Members Committee constituted by the State Government vide communication dated 23rd August, 2018. The said communication received by the learned AGP is produced by the AGP and the same is taken on record and is marked as "X" for identification.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing the said Committee to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 6th July, 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 3.
