Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the costs awarded in the sum of Rs.50,000/- should be in the sum of Rs.15,000/- as costs quantified by this Court.

In paragraph 5 of the said order dated 13th July 2018, the costs quantified by this Court as Rs.50,000/- shall be read as "Rs.15,000/-". The said costs of Rs.15,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner to the State Election Commission, Maharashtra within one week from today. The order dated 13th July 2018 stands corrected accordingly.
