The Petitioner is seeking relief against the State Government in respect of his services.

In the petition itself there is a reference of proceeding before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Petitioner has not joined any Zilla Parishad as a party Respondent and seeks relief only against the State Government. That being the position, the cause raised in the petition is solely against the State on the basis of services in the State. Therefore, the Petitioner will have to approach the Maharashtra Y.S.Patil
