The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are working with the Agricultural Department. Some inquiry was initiated against them and the same is pending since 2006 with the Respondent No.2-the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune. He submits that suitable directions are required to be given for completing the enquiry.

wp.9674-2014 Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct the Respondent No.2 to complete the inquiry, if any, pending against the Petitioners on its own merits within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioners undertake to co-operate with the Respondents in completing the enquiry.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
