After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, Mr. Vijaymane, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.
