The petition can be conveniently disposed of with the following order.

Admittedly, the Respondent-Institute has not constituted the grievance committee as was directed by the AICTE vide notification dated 22nd March, 2021. The counsel for the Respondent-Institute submits that after constitution of the grievance committee, the grievance of the Petitioner, as reflected in the petition, shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, and in any by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date:

case within one month from the date of constitution of the grievance committee. He further assures that all steps shall be taken for the constitution of the grievance committee expeditiously.

As such, we direct that the present petition of the Petitioner be treated as grievance by the grievance committee and the same be decided as has been indicated herein-above by the RespondentCommittee. 5.

Till the decision on the grievance of the Petitioner is taken by the Respondent-Committee and the same is communicated to the Petitioner, we direct the impugned order dated 12th January, 2022 shall remain stayed.

The petition stands disposed of.
