The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli to decide the proposal of the petitioner on the post of assistant teacher. It is stated that though the proposal is made in the year 2012, the same is not decided till date. Since the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to Education Officer to decide the proposal of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of three months.
