The Applicants got knowledge on the basis of notice issued from the Respondent's advocate. It further mentions that they have already settled the dispute and they want to withdraw the case unconditionally.

In view of the contents of para no. 4, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a', 'b' and 'c'. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. WRIT PETITION NO. 2291 OF 1999 3.

Today this Court has allowed interim application and the Applicants were impleaded after deleting the name of the Petitioner. On oral instructions, learned advocate submitted that his clients do not want to prosecute this Writ Petition. It is also mentioned in para no. 4 of the interim application. In view of that Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
