This motion is for correction of the judgment dated 12-6-2015 dismissing Civil Application No.1396 of 2010. 2.

The second sentence in the first para of the judgment be substituted as under :

"The lower Appellate Court has modified the decree of the Trial Court and granted the decree for partition and possession of 1/8th share of the plaintiff-respondent." 3.

In line no.5 in para 5, the word 'purchases' be replaced as

In line no.3 of para 7, the word 'impugned' be substituted by the word 'imposed'.

Para 8 be substituted as under :

"Civil Application No.1396 of 2010 is dismissed. Consequently, the second appeal also stands dismissed". 6.

The corrections, as above, be carried out in the judgment. The certified copy, if already issued, be recalled and the corrected copy be issued.
