All these Writ Petitions takes exception to order passed by learned Member, Industrial Court at Sangli below Exhibit U-2, thereby granted interim relief in the nature of staying order of recovery passed against the Respondent-employee. It is submitted that the main complaints have been finally decided by Industrial Court and impugned orders therein have been quashed and set aside. 3.
