At the threshold even before advancing the arguments, learned counsel for the applicants has fairly submitted that since the case was registered on 4th May 2014 and the applicants happen to be in custody since 20th August 2014, he would not press the bail application, however seeks directions that the learned Sessions Judge shall expedite the trial.

The learned Special Judge, Pune seized with Special Case No.3 of 2015 shall make every endeavour to expedite the trial. The application is disposed of.
