The above Writ Petition challenges the order allowing the amendment of the plaint so as to amend the shares which have been claimed by the Plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 who are the original Defendant Nos.6 and 7. The amendment sought can be said to be consequential to the transposition of the Defendant Nos.6 and 7 as Plaintiffs. By an order passed today in Writ Petition No.11345 of 2013, the said transposition has been upheld by this Court by dismissing the said Writ Petition. In my view, therefore, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
