Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this application was filed because applicant was in advanced stage of pregnancy. The bail was sought on that ground. However, during the pendency of this application she delivered a girl child and, therefore, the grounds taken in this application do not survive. On instructions of the applicant, he prays for withdrawal of this application.

Request is accepted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
