Since the Applicant is in custody since June, 2013, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to record the evidence of the victim as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of this order. Liberty is given to the Applicant to file a fresh application after the evidence of the victim is recorded .
