The first challenge in this writ petition is to the show-cause notice issued by the Auditor appointed by the Registrar under Section 81 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The scope of challenge in such petition is restricted to the grounds of mala fide or order without jurisdiction. In absence of such illegalities being pointed out, there is no merit in the challenge. 2.

In so far as second and third prayers are concerned, the second prayer is in relation to Auditor's report, copy of which is not annexed to the writ petition nor the report rectified under Section 82 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Considering the nature of challenge raised by the prayer clauses (b) to (d), no ground is made out.
