Petitioner is seeking a limited relief to direct Respondent No.2 to dispose of the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) as expeditiously as possible. Ms. Bhoir states that application has been pending since August 2021 and the law requires it should be disposed within time bound manner.

Ms. Vyas states that she has taken instructions from one Mr. Santosh Kahase - Appar Tehsildar (Home Branch), Kolhapur Collector Office, who has instructed Ms. Vyas to inform the Court that order will be lgc 1/2
