The petition is filed inter alia challenging the recovery certificate dated 21st November 2019 and further consequential notices/orders.

There is an alternate and equally efficacious remedy filing revision under the provisions of Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 (M.C.S. Act). 3.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to adopt alternate remedy as provided for under the M.C.S. Act.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
